Someone asked me recently why my IG was named @lacylike. Lacylike was born over a decade ago when I was learning how to claim who I was as an individual. I was breaking free from what I thought I needed to be or should be and was pledging to be like no one else... truly and simply lacylike.

My work is about shifting perspectives, embracing self growth and remembering that we are infinite awareness. I help others to move obstacles, unpack situations and deeply see themselves so they may live a life that feels authentic and aligned. Boiled down... if we are meant to work together in this life get ready for serious change!

I believe in celebrating ourselves and each other. I am a master space holder, devoted listener and I create loving transformational experiences through Shift Retreats, Soul Care and guided mediations. My meditations will almost always ask you to use your imagination in some way. I believe imagination is a tool for remembering, a tool for healing, a tool of the soul.
