Strawberry Fields

STRAWBERRY FIELDS

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 10 fresh OR frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 2 heaping tbsp coconut butter
  • i tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 medjool dates (pitted and presoaked for easy blending)
  • 1 tea cinnamon

PREPARATION

  • Blend spinach with 2 cups filtered water until smooth. 
  • Add in all other ingredients slowly and continue blending until smooth
