INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber
- 2 broccoli stalks
- 3 green apples
- 1 pear
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 bunch italian parsley
- 4 celery stalks
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 handful of red grapes
